After a factory reset my Google store and Google apps is not updating and m getting an error I tried all the above steps but nothing worked exept only 1 device out of 3 and this is what I did. Google may have stopped support of that version. Go on the internet, see if you can find the latest version of play store and install it. Let me know if it works.
